Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as an Early Intervention Case Manager. This is a 9-month position that requires a valid Alabama Teacher's Certificate endorsed in Speech Language Impairment or Speech Therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting language, speech, and hearing screenings in schools, evaluating students for speech-language services, and implementing therapy programs to help children with language, speech, or hearing disorders.

Responsibilities:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for:
• Conducting language, speech, and hearing screenings in schools
• Evaluating students for speech-language services
• Implementing therapy programs to help children with language, speech, or hearing disorders
• Participating in IEP development, implementation, and meetings
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress
• Collaborating with principals, teachers, and parents to provide individualized instruction and support to students with communication disorders

Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university, have a valid Alabama Teacher's Certificate, and meet background clearance requirements as specified by the Alabama State Department of Education.

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
