Cardiovascular Therapist

**Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the assessment, diagnostic evaluation, treatment, management, and monitoring of patients with respiratory disorders.

**Responsibilities:

* Administer medication and perform various respiratory therapies, such as ventilator management and oxygen therapy
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and circumstances
* Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes

**Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent experience
* Registered Respiratory Therapist certification
* Current Alabama License
* BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications within six months of employment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary:** $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
