Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Support Management in executing and maintaining the functionality of the retail office and Bobs Caf on the House.
  • Lead the day-to-day operational execution of a Bobs Retail Office and Bobs Caf on the House.
  • Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and other task-oriented responsibilities.
  • Coach phone etiquette, customer experience etiquette, and outstanding sales support.
  • Provide Caf services for all Bobs Customers, including inventory, presentation, and services.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coach and mentor.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage one's time and the time of others.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent mathematical reasoning skills.

Preferred Qualifications
