Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain a fleet of demonstration equipment for use by sales representatives.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate tracking of equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule and coordinate the setup of demonstration equipment and new equipment at customer locations.
- Process trade-ins, lease returns, equipment swaps, and rental returns.
- Assist with facilities management duties at our copy center locations.
- Coordinate the delivery and installation of copiers and fax machines, and communicate with sales teams to ensure seamless delivery and setup.
- Be available to work overtime on an occasional basis to meet business needs.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting office equipment.
- Basic knowledge of computers and computer networks.
- Strong work ethic and a track record of personal and professional growth.
- Training and experience with Sharp, Konica Minolta, or other copiers, printers, and fax products.
- A+ Certification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
