Job Summary

The Sales Associate role at Duck Thru Food Stores is a dynamic position that requires a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a positive shopping experience for our customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with store operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions with customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front/face, shelving, displays, and coolers
  • Assist with store operations, including forecasting, ordering, stocking, and merchandising product
  • Enter all sales in the register at the time of sale and make drops into the safe per instructions
  • Prepare shift reports accurately and assist the Store Manager with store operations
  • Ensure prompt reconciliation of store operations paperwork and maintain cleanliness of restrooms and facilities
Requirements
  • Ability to operate necessary machines within the store
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Accountable for large amounts of cash
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain a high level of accuracy
