Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiology RN Supervisor to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our Cardio/Pulm departments, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of nurses in delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Cardio/Pulm departments, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to integrate clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and leadership nursing roles.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and staff satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of nurses, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • ~ 2 years of healthcare experience and/or Cardiology experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
