Cardiology RN Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiology RN Supervisor to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a Cardiology RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Cardio/Pulm departments, providing professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies, procedures, and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary and specialty health care services in collaboration with other members of the health care team.
  • Integrate clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and leadership nursing roles.
  • Provide care requiring specialized skills, experience, knowledge, and demonstrated competency.
  • Supervise and lead a team of nurses in the Cardiology department.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • ~ 2 years Healthcare experience and/or Cardiology experience.
