Cardiology RN Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiology RN Supervisor to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Cardio/Pulm departments, providing professional nursing care and leadership to our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary and specialty health care services in collaboration with other members of the health care team.
- Lead and manage the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to Pacific Medical Centers policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure a skilled and competent team.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years Progressive supervisory experience.
- 2 years Healthcare experience and/or Cardiology experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
