Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Manager to drive organic traffic growth for BoostMobile.com. As the key figure in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the roadmap and execution of technical and on-page SEO initiatives, with accountability towards aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measurement: Utilize SEO and web analytics tools to identify opportunities to improve KPIs related to organic traffic, as well as new keyword opportunities, quality search impressions, position, and click-through rate.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Drive SEO strategy as BoostMobile's SME for all things SEO, working closely with cross-functional collaborators to lend an SEO perspective to business and digital experience decision points.
  • Technical: Develop and lead the technical SEO enhancements roadmap, collaborating with digital product and IT teams to advocate for SEO enhancements and ensure successful execution.
  • On Page: Lead optimization efforts to site content adhering to SEO principles and best practices, working with content and copywriting teams to ensure optimal page content throughout BoostMobile.com.
  • Content Strategy: Identify keyword buildout and new web page/content opportunities, pursuing the best actions to realize their potential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline)
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and improving organic traffic growth experiences for digital businesses
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices in wireless consumer services
  • Experience with web analytics tools like Google Search Console and SEM Rush
  • Proven ability to own and drive complex initiatives for organic growth
  • Experience developing roadmaps and capabilities for SEO initiatives
  • Success in ASO for customer apps in Apple and Google Stores
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills for data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,100 - $157,300 per year, along with versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan.
