Responsibilities:
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage online and phone reservations, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data, maintaining confidentiality and security
  • Register guests, collecting necessary information and ensuring accurate records
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, assigning rooms and providing information about hotel amenities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to meet guest needs
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate, to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Experience with hotel reservations software, such as OnQ or Opera
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
