Key Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Engage in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with the latest research, technologies, and best practices in critical care nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of experience in critical care nursing.
