Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Washington, DC. As a Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric critical care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to pediatric patients in the Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric critical care
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a pediatric critical care setting
- CCRN certification preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
