Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team at Swedish Cherry Hill. As a CVICU RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and utilize advanced life support skills as needed.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and other critical data to inform care decisions.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Current Washington State RN license.
- 1 year of experience in a critical care setting, preferably in cardiovascular ICU.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
