  • Schedule team members to ensure services are delivered in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Facilitate the training and development of staff to produce high-quality linen while adhering to safety protocols and proper equipment usage.
  • Address equipment malfunctions promptly and troubleshoot any electrical, mechanical, or plumbing challenges.
  • Conduct evaluations of team members and address their requests or concerns.
  • Ensure the laundry operation is cost-effective while providing a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Identify and resolve supply shortages, quality control issues, and labor efficiency concerns, communicating any operational failures to management.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance audits on all types of commercial laundry machinery, interpreting technical manuals as necessary.
  • Assist in various operational tasks as required.
  • Maintain regular communication with both internal and external clients to ensure exceptional service delivery, collaborating with different departments to gather essential information.
