We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Rock Climbing Instructor to join our team at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness Group. As a Climbing Wall Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and climbing instruction to individuals of all skill levels.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality climbing lessons and supervision to the general public and various skill levels.
- Encourage individuals to push their personal comfort zones and physical fitness.
- Monitor the rock wall area to ensure the safety of all climbers and provide general instruction on climbing techniques in a fun, enthusiastic, and safe environment.
- Facilitate climbing orientation and certification to novice and first-time climbers during individual, group, and summer camp sessions.
- Teach and assist with proper equipment fitting, belaying techniques, and safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least six months to one year of climbing experience (indoor or outdoor).
- Previous experience and skills with climbing are a must.
- Belay certification.
