Enterprise Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Applications Systems Programmer Analyst to join our technology team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health. This role involves independently performing programming and analysis functions in the development and implementation of new systems, the revision of existing systems, and supporting special projects.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with five (5) years of relevant experience or the equivalent, is also required. Furthermore, expertise in at least one technology or system/application is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the analysis, design, and development of technology programs with varying complexity and scope.
- Implement process improvements and develop effective solutions to operational issues.
- Identify and resolve problems by collecting data, establishing facts, drawing conclusions, and proposing alternative solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Lead small to medium scope projects from initiation to completion, managing work plans and coordinating resources.
- Mentor colleagues and assist in prioritizing tasks and meeting customer expectations.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $110,000-$140,000, contingent on qualifications and location.
