Main Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' physical and emotional conditions, identifying areas for improvement and documenting relevant information.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, adhering to established standards of practice and hospital policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of excellence.
- Support and mentor new graduate nurses, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing and telemetry; proficiency in electronic patient records and internet-based literature searches.
- Valid State of Rhode Island Registered Nurse License and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
This role offers a competitive salary of $105,000 per year.
