Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and psychosocial conditions, identifying areas for improvement and developing individualized care plans.
- Clinical Expertise: Provide high-quality nursing care, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and education to patients and families.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
