Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell LUV membership packages through informed retail sales techniques.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals and deadlines.
  • Inform customers about promotions, memberships, and services to enhance their experience.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship management abilities and a willingness to accept constructive feedback.

All employees are expected to stay informed about company policies and updates through the internal employee portal.



Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency while providing friendly and courteous service.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.

  • Highly driven and motivated with a successful background in membership sales.
