The Technical Project Manager will play a strategic role in project discovery, planning, delivery, and execution across our ESPN BET Sportsbook, theScoreBet Sportsbook, and theScore Media products. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, team-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills to support business priorities.

About the Role
You will own technical projects from conception to delivery within a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to identify and gather requirements. You will define clear roles, responsibilities, dependencies, and deliverables with the project workstream. You will create and maintain project plans and relevant documentation with team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of experience working in project management
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with experience establishing guidelines for others
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a team-first mentality
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while motivating others
