Role Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the self-administration of medications for residents in the Assisted Living Department, ensuring adherence to both Federal and State regulations as well as company policies as directed by the LPN/LVN and/or Assisted Living Director.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' health status, providing accurate documentation to the LPN/LVN and/or Assisted Living Director.
  • Act swiftly in emergency situations to ensure resident safety.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of all resident information.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one month of experience in a senior care environment.
  • Possession of a state-specific certification may be required based on location.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
