Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologist to join our team in the Department of Radiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health. The successful candidate will be interested in pursuing an academic career in Cardiovascular and/or Thoracic Imaging on the CT (Clinician Teacher) or CHS (Clinical Health Sciences) Track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret Cardiovascular Computed Tomographic Angiography (CTA), Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRA and MRI), and chest radiographs, and chest computed tomography (CT) scans across the full spectrum of thoracic and cardiovascular imaging.
  • Participate in resident and medical teaching within the scope of the medical practice.
  • Work in a collegial relationship with other faculty members to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW health and the School of Medicine and Public Health.
  • Provide patient care at UW Health approved locations.
Requirements
  • Full-time radiologist with a strong interest in pursuing an academic career in Cardiovascular and/or Thoracic Imaging.
  • Experience in interpreting Cardiovascular Computed Tomographic Angiography (CTA), Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRA and MRI), and chest radiographs, and chest computed tomography (CT) scans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
