Job Title: Behavior Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Support Specialist to join our team. As a Behavior Support Specialist, you will work with children and adults with special needs, providing educational and behavioral services.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior management techniques, including prevention, intervention, and consequence strategies
  • Provide crisis intervention and support
  • Review and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Document session data per policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of pediatric experience preferred
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
  • Current CPR certification if applicable
Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
