Job Description
The Behavioral Care Specialist plays a critical role in implementing behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will assist families seeking support with Autism and related developmental disabilities by providing behavioral health treatment in-home, at a support center, or in the community. Your efforts will contribute to making meaningful changes in the Client's life and their family's life.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care directly with Clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
- Ensure that 100% of scheduled direct services are provided without any scheduling interruptions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collect data related to Client's progress during treatment sessions.

Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
- Spanish Bilingual
- Reliable Transportation
- Successfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification, and TB screening
- Be able to lift up to 30lbs while assisting consumers
- Must be able to run, bend, sit, stand for long periods at a time
