About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Cloud Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our enterprise customers, helping them to achieve the greatest value from AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers on AWS services and solutions
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business and technical needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a cloud computing environment
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with AWS services and solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
