Job Title: Branch Manager

GardaWorld is a leading provider of cash management solutions, and we're seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of cash processors and tellers, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of cash, coins, and checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily leadership, coaching, and feedback to direct reports, including managers, supervisors, lead tellers, and tellers.
  • Supervise departments, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of cash, coin, check, mixed deposit, ATM, coin, and change order processing.
  • Attain assigned financial results, including maintaining and growing revenue, expense control, and achieving operating profit.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations, and bank-specific processing requirements.
  • Provide input to Associate Directors and Senior Management on decisions related to salary planning, performance management, hiring, and termination recommendations.
  • Oversight of scheduling activities to ensure adequate coverage while meeting customer metrics, financial goals, and human resource guidelines.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly quality productivity standards and hold team members accountable for meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ensure all security procedures are followed and review film for investigation support.
  • Represent GardaWorld and Cash Vault site on internal and external customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of management experience in Cash Vault Services or a related field.
  • College degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred.
  • Experience supervising a team of cash processors/tellers preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Currency Processing and/or Bank Operations for processing procedures is preferred.
  • Excellent people skills and leadership experience are a must.
  • Outstanding planning, organizational, analytical, and management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be safety and security sensitive.
