About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team in San Fernando, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth of our company.

The salary range for this position is approximately $62,000 - $77,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 4% 401K match, 12 paid holidays, and employer contribution to medical insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Work closely with the development team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the software industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
