Job Overview:


As an integral part of our team, you will be tasked with the design and execution of automation initiatives tailored for our clients. Your role will also encompass providing expert troubleshooting and technical assistance as required.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and execute automation initiatives.
  • Record time invested in projects and client engagements using the designated project management tool.
  • Ensure that client accounts are in good standing or that payment arrangements are established before concluding onsite activities.
  • Address challenges to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Suggest or endorse new products and advocate for automation enhancements during onsite visits.
  • Work in conjunction with sales and specialized teams to fulfill client requirements.
  • Maintain necessary expertise through ongoing training programs.
  • Highlight the advantages of our offerings in competitive scenarios.
  • Track targets, opportunities, activities, and projects within business management tools.
  • Support the creation and upkeep of project management standards and project library standardization.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or a blend of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in automation engineering projects.
  • Proficient in Rockwell Automation Software.
  • Familiarity with Inductive Automation, Wonderware, Siemens, or Eaton is advantageous.
  • Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective troubleshooting skills for technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage projects proficiently.
  • Understanding of vendor guidelines, compliance, and ethical standards, including those of Rockwell Automation, Siemens, and Eaton.


Physical Demands:


  • This role requires standing, walking, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Approximately 50% of the time will involve travel to industrial sites.
