Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled care team at Redeemer Health Care Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our team of professional caregivers to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements:

  • Current MN Nursing Assistant certification required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a consistent schedule, including days, evenings, and nights.
