Nurse Practitioner

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Marblehead, Massachusetts.
About the Role:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in an ICU or critical care setting.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
