Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team in Marblehead, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering high-quality patient and family-centered care. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and manage the nursing process
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety initiatives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Med/Surg experience
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
  • Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • BLS required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • ACLS preferred
