Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team in Marblehead, Massachusetts.

This is an ongoing nursing job that requires 24 hours of work per week, with 8-hour shifts during the day.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Med/Surg and a valid/current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse will manage all aspects of the nursing process and deliver patient and family-centered care.

The nurse will have the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost-effective patient care.

The nurse will also be responsible for performing essential duties, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • At least 2 years of experience in Med/Surg
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • ACLS preferred
