Job Overview

Russian Speaking Preferred We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who is passionate about engaging with both current and prospective clients through various marketing channels, including content marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing community engagement and customer satisfaction through both online and offline marketing strategies. This role is essential for promoting the growth and utilization of social media platforms while infusing creativity into our established practices. Close collaboration with marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams is vital to ensure that our website, social media, promotional materials, and other communications accurately represent our brand and meet our overarching objectives.

Applicants should possess a strong ability to coordinate and execute marketing communication initiatives, with responsibilities spanning social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand management, and event planning. Familiarity with standard marketing and advertising concepts, practices, and procedures is essential, while knowledge of real estate operations is advantageous. A degree of creativity and independence is expected.

In addition to marketing and branding tasks, this position will also involve tracking sales metrics, managing marketing materials inventory, maintaining databases, and preparing analytical reports.

This role will spearhead our initiatives to engage stakeholders with high-quality content, develop content delivery strategies, and ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging while overseeing the company's social media marketing and advertising efforts.

This is a part-time position requiring 15-20 hours per week.

Compensation:

$18 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops, delivers, edits, and optimizes marketing materials and advertising campaigns
  • Implements new community launches, including signage and events
  • Prepares weekly sales performance reports
  • Edits and maintains social media content for various communities
  • Posts and manages all listings in MLS
  • Coordinates all marketing services for property listings
  • Manages website content, including written and digital materials, redesigns as necessary, SEO development, and analytics tracking
  • Operates and maintains all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) with scheduled posts and updates
  • Arranges closing gifts and events
  • Creates and develops a variety of Facebook and Google advertisements
  • Establishes marketing strategies for team events, open houses, and new listings
  • Plans and organizes all team events and promotes them across all social media platforms
  • Ensures that company communications and materials are accurate and consistent
Qualifications:
  • B.S./B.A. in Marketing or related fields preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing or brand management within an agency or real estate sales environment
  • Demonstrated success in sales and marketing performance
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Expertise in social media management
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly knowledgeable in marketing principles
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting
  • Passionate about innovative solutions and engaging diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with forward-thinking design concepts
  • Basic understanding of the residential real estate sales process
  • Thrives in new environments and enjoys team collaboration
  • Intermediate experience with Adobe Suite
  • Experience in the real estate sector is preferred
  • Must hold a valid Real Estate License
