We are in search of a LEAD FINANCIAL STRATEGIST who will take charge of cash flow analysis and financial reporting. This role demands a profound comprehension of real estate finance, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the skill to articulate intricate financial concepts effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cash Flow Analysis:
  • Create, maintain, and refine comprehensive cash flow models for diverse real estate assets.
  • Evaluate financial performance and forecasts to inform investment choices.
  • Analyze the financial implications of potential acquisitions, sales, and capital projects.
  • Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess risks and opportunities.
Financial Reporting:
  • Compile and present regular financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with accounting and asset management teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure a thorough understanding of asset performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Engage closely with asset management, acquisitions, and accounting teams to gather and analyze pertinent data.
  • Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related discipline; CFA designation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within the real estate or investment sectors.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel techniques.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting standards.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets and investment methodologies.
  • Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., Argus, Yardi, MRI) is advantageous.
