As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing financial certifications according to HUD/LIHTC program requirements in a timely manner. You will collaborate with the Co-op liaison and Co-op leasing committee to maximize occupancy and maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant and member files. Additionally, you will perform administrative office duties, provide excellent customer service, and maintain regular attendance and punctuality. A successful candidate should possess familiarity with HUD, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, and HOME affordable senior housing programs, as well as excellent math skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to produce timely and accurate documents.
