Senior Care Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide exceptional care and leadership at our Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canon City, CO.


About the Role


The successful candidate will provide support to the Director of Health and Wellness, taking on responsibilities and tasks when the Director is not present. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking to advance their career or take on a leadership role.


Key Responsibilities


  • Practice according to the community's philosophy and policies/procedures, as well as State standards.
  • Complete resident assessments to ensure individualized care.
  • Provide direction and leadership to care staff, including training on medication administration and other care duties.

Requirements


  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid, unrestricted RN/LPN license in the state.
  • Maintain CEU requirements.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • A genuine passion for caring for seniors.

  • A competitive pay rate, with LPNs earning $24-$30.40 per hour and RNs earning $32-$43.37 per hour, depending on experience.
