Senior Care Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide exceptional care and support to our residents at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canon City, CO.


About the Role


The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Health and Wellness to provide clinical support and leadership to our care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking to take on new challenges and advance their career.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents
  • Lead and manage care staff to ensure excellent care delivery
  • Train staff on medication administration and other care duties
  • Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans

Requirements


  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Valid, unrestricted RN/LPN license in the state
  • Maintain CEU requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

What We Offer


  • Competitive pay rates: $24-$30.40 per hour (LPN) and $32-$43.37 per hour (RN)
  • Shift: 2:30pm - 11pm
  • $10,000 hiring and retention bonus (full-time employment requirements must be met for payout)
