**Responsibilities**

  • Provide direct care to residents, including medication administration and other care duties
  • Complete resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Train and supervise care staff to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

**Qualifications**

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Valid, unrestricted RN/LPN license in the state
  • Maintain CEU requirements and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
