Job Title: Veterinary Practice Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to join our team at Alliance Animal Health. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our veterinary hospital, ensuring the highest level of patient care and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of hospital operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and scheduling.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective hospital operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and other hospital staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of veterinary professionals.
  • Manage hospital finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary hospital management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
