Your Responsibilities
  • You will process orders and create detailed records and notes
  • You will record, process, and archive invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • You will create comprehensive evaluations, reports, presentations, and decision templates based on given content
  • You will support project management in planning and controlling projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • You will participate in the procurement of planning services and support in the tendering and awarding of construction services
  • You will prepare technical and commercial contract negotiations, ensuring fair and equitable terms
  • You will support the department and project management in administrative tasks, ensuring smooth internal office processes
  • You will be responsible for general correspondence and coordinate incoming calls and appointments
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed your commercial training and possess relevant industry knowledge
  • You have a strong understanding of construction topics and related regulations
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and are proficient in data management
  • You work independently and in a structured manner, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You demonstrate commitment and assertiveness in your work
