Position Overview:
The Department of Psychology within the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences is seeking applications for a pool of lecturers to fill temporary positions as needed throughout the academic year. Appointments are typically made shortly before the academic term begins.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Master's Degree in a relevant field is required for lecturer appointments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior teaching experience
- Proven excellence in instructional delivery
- Preference will be given to bilingual candidates
Responsibilities:
Lecturers will be responsible for teaching one or more courses as determined by the Department Chair based on qualifications and departmental needs.
Application Process:
Interested candidates must submit a current cover letter detailing their approach to teaching diverse student groups, a CV, a list of courses they are qualified to teach, unofficial transcripts of their highest degree, and contact information for three professional references. Additional documentation may be requested later. All applications must be submitted online; those sent via email or in person will not be considered.
