We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Kahlig Auto Group. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for transporting clients to and from our dealership, as well as performing various tasks to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Transportation Services: Safely transport clients in our passenger vans or vehicles to and from our dealership, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Assist with Client Needs: Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle, if needed, and follow their directions to arrive at their desired destination.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and fuel levels of our shuttle vehicles, ensuring they are always in good working condition.
- Errands and Tasks: Run errands for the dealership, such as picking up materials or performing light building maintenance tasks, as needed.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of trips, vehicle maintenance, and any issues that may arise during transportation.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Valid Driver's License: Required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our vehicles.
