Job Title: Organizational Change Management Specialist

Job Summary:

The Organizational Change Management Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Defense Enclave Services contract, which aims to unify the DoD Fourth Estate Defense Agencies and Field Activities' common use information technology systems, personnel, functions, and program elements under the direction of DISA's Fourth Estate Network Optimization program office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the internal program team and customers/users to improve the overall customer and user experience during all phases of the migration to the DoDNet.

  • Develop and execute customer engagement plans to meet program goals, focusing on building strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and support.

  • Apply organizational change management methodologies, including change impact analyses, stakeholder assessments, change management plans, surveys, and measurement, to help prepare users for upcoming changes.

  • Establish metrics for measuring the success of customer engagement initiatives and communicate with customers through various channels, partnering with the Communications Specialist to identify communications needs and develop high-quality communications.

  • Initiate, plan, execute, and report on tasks independently, conveying complex information in a clear and simple manner and utilizing tools such as the MS Office suite, collaboration tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Requirements:

  • BA degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.

  • DoD SECRET or above clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an IT environment and executive communications and organizational support, including experience liaising with high-level customers and stakeholders.

  • Advanced writer and editor with an understanding of change management methodologies and the ability to translate complex technical subject matter into user-friendly communications.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as strong technical aptitude and proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with multiple audiences and against a deadline.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levels.

Pay Range: $78,000.00 - $141,000.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
