We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Premium Operations to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Premium department to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive business growth, and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the Premium experience, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute seasonal plans, menus, and events that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals, providing coaching, development, and performance management to ensure exceptional results.
- Partner with culinary teams to develop innovative menus and beverage programs that meet the evolving needs of our guests.
- Attend business planning meetings to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior operations leadership role in the food and beverage industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and wine pairings, as well as MS Office products.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
