Premium Services Runner Job Description

The Premium Services Runner position is a key role within the Premium Services Department, providing exceptional guest service and support in the Bars, Suites, In-Seat, and Restaurant environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service and attention to detail to exceed guest expectations
  • Serve food, beverages, and other amenities to guests
  • Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments to ensure seamless service
  • Support the service staff by clearing and cleaning tables, and running food
  • Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to interact with guests and colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with company service standards
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Must be able to read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
  • RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification
  • CA Food Handler Card or ServSafe Certification
