Premium Ambassador

Job Summary

As a Premium Ambassador with Levy, you will be responsible for managing the operations of premium clubs and providing a pleasant guest experience. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist guests with check out payments or charges through the guest's LA Clippers Application.

Perform sales transactions in a timely fashion.

Enter all sales into the point of sales to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.

Follow standard procedures for issuing refunds through technology.

Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

Observe customer purchases in the cafe line and differentiate between standard portions.

Replenish condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.

Monitor all IDs for all bar stand areas before customers enter.

Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cashless control procedures.

Ensure compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.

Requirements:

Knowledge of point-of-sale systems

Ability to adapt and learn new technology/ programs

Service-oriented and willing to help patrons

Customer service skills to maintain positive customer relationships, encourage customer loyalty and resolve conflicts

Excellent communication to interact with team members and customers

Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment

Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records

Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales

Basic PC knowledge

Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as point-of-sales systems

Strong math skills

Excellent communication and time management skills
