Position Overview

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of warehouse staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote a safe working environment for all warehouse employees.
  • Achieve daily shipping targets and liaise with sales regarding order fulfillment.
  • Ensure that receiving, returns, and discrepancies are addressed promptly, within a 24-hour timeframe, and communicate any vendor-related issues to purchasing.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Notify management of any unsafe conditions or activities.
  • Report any accidents or injuries to management immediately.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED); or one to two years of relevant supervisory experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in basic data entry and computer skills.
