Neonatology ICU Physician Assistant

At Source Medical, LLC., we are seeking a skilled Neonatology ICU Physician Assistant to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to provide high-risk care, deliveries, and C-sections with resuscitation in our Level 3 Neonatology Intensive Care Unit with well infant nursery.
About the Job- Provide daily clinical management, rounding, surgical procedures experience, admissions, and documentation in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising Neonatology APRN/PA-C providers, Neonatology Nurses, Lactation Consultants, Pediatricians, Physician Therapists, Respiratory Therapist, and Social Workers.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
