The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on qualifications and location.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and register patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Manage patient flow and maintain wait times at a minimal level
  • Provide accurate and complete information to patients and team members
  • Answer multi-line telephone system and respond to phone calls, texts, and voicemails
  • Data entry into Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
Requirements
  • Experience in chiropractic and/or personal injury setting
  • Spanish speaking proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Cheerful demeanor and strong communication skills
