Job Description

As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. You will work collaboratively with primary care physicians and specialists to manage patients' chronic and acute conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and kidney disease. Your duties will include diagnosing and treating patients, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and counseling patients on their disease management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in healthcare and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively. A graduate degree from a PA/NP program and current licensure through the Georgia Board are required.
